To
all the guys at the fraternity! I feel a need
to send a quick note to all of you guys. My
son, Tim Jackson (the Younger) touched down in
Kuwait yesterday. His going over there brings
a lot of fear and emotion right up to the surface,
and it really makes you think of certain things you
always wanted to say, but didn't. I guess I
really want to make sure that I tell all of you frat
boys thanks for the experiences you helped Tim go
through. I've never been involved in a
fraternity, hell, I never went to college, so this
was all foreign to me and I really don't understand
it fully. I'm still impressed with the
enthusiasm and dedication he has towards the
fraternity, and the dedication shown to Tim from you
guys. When he did his stint down at St.
Francis after his accident, I was in total awe of
the way you guys gathered around to show him
support. I still cry a little when I think
about it. It was unbelievable to say the
least. I reckon you'd have to be a parent to
fully understand.

Thanks for
keeping me in touch with what's going on. I
feel closer and nearby thru it all. We head for
Denver very early Friday for a wedding that I
conduct and we then head for California to visit
son and family. We have a new granddaughter,
named Kira Isabel, who is 3 1/2 months old now
and we've never met. Will be there in Long
Beach for a week plus a few days. I
know Joe Weller is home and I hope is 100% fully
recovered. If you should speak with him tell
him that we continue prayers for him and that we
say a big hello. Regards to all and say hi to
the gang this Thursday nite. zax

I was
helping Michelle do some research on you guys for a
possible award nomination and wanted to let you know
that your site is awesome. Thanks for everything
that you do for the RMH, your efforts are truly
appreciated. There are many events that we simply
couldn't do without you. And of course, you won't
find volunteers more fun than the Lambda Chi's!
Thanks guys!

Brothers, Just
cause I moved 800 miles away doesn't mean I'm not going to check
in on ya'll from time to time. Always remember what it
took to get where we are and keep moving forward! Look me
up if you are near the Jacksonville area.

Guys, I didnt
get a chance to say goodbye to everyone, but I just want
everyone to know just how much this fraternity has meant to me
in the past year. When I got in a wreck, I had 50 ppl in
the waiting room, you guys were there for me from the first
minute till I got back to my parents house. I want you all
to know just how much I appreciate being a part of this
brotherhood and that will not change no matter where I am.
Keep in touch guys. See you when I get back.
